Troubleshooting - Quick Steps

Most issues can be fixed by following these simple steps

A few quick fixes that resolve most issues. Try each in turn to see if it resolves your problem. 


1) Open the venue in Chrome

2) Try on another device

3) Check that you don't have any pop up or ad blockers enabled, and that your network does not have any filtering or firewall rules blocking access.

Open in Chrome

To deliver the best functionality we recommend using the Google Chrome browser.

You can download Chrome from https://www.google.com/intl/en_uk/chrome/ or from the App Store.

2) Refresh the page using "Ctrl + F5" (Windows) on the keyboard or hold down "CMD + Shift + R" (Mac) or the reload button for iPad (as seen below).

3) Click the three dots top right of the Chrome browser and then select ‘New incognito window’. This will open up a new Window. Navigate to the venue URL provided.

Try another device

In some limited circumstances it may be that your device isn't compatible with the technology the site is built on.


If you are not able to access the site using the steps above please try on a different device

Blockers and Rules

Some browsers and secure networks can block essential resources for websites.


Please check that you don't have any pop up or ad blockers enabled.


If the site still isn't loading and you're accessing from a VPN or managed network, check with your IT team that your network does not have any filtering or firewall rules blocking access.
