Download Chat and Questions from an event
Access the chat and Q&A history for an event

Aggregated chat entries and Q&A questions are stored and accessible on a per room basis. Chat entries and Q&A questions can be downloaded for any room from the admin console.
To download the chat or questions for a room:
1. Click on the admin cog to enter the admin console
2. Select the Event Rooms view
3. For Chat, select the Speech bubble icon, for Q&A click the Question mark icon
The chat or questions for the all sessions in the selected room will now be displayed.
From here you can Download the data as a CSV file or Clear the History.
Clearing the History will permanently remove all historical chat or question entries from all of the sessions.
