Download user data

When a site is in 'Simple' or 'Sign up with Registration' mode, delegate data is collected when a visitor first enters a room.  This data is available do administrators to download from the admin console.

1. Access the admin console by clicking the cog icon in the top right hand corner

2. Select 'Visitors'

Note:

The Visitors page will not show all data collected, as the fields are customised on a per-venue basis.  To access all of the data, click 'Download as CSV'

3. Click 'Download as CSV'

The Users page shows delegates that have created an account on your digital delegate site.  User accounts are required for delegates when one of the 'Signup' or 'Moderation' access options are selected.

All delegates are Visitors, whether they are signed in or not (for example, on an open or simple site with registration, every delegate will have a visitor ID.  Admins and Moderators will have a User Account and a Visitor ID.  On a site that requires sign in, all delegates will have a User Account and a Visitor ID.

Registration data is associated with the Visitor ID.
