Q&A: Moderating and Managing Questions

Moderating Questions
When a question is initially asked it is only visible to the questioner and moderators.
To accept a question and display it to all delegates, click the 'target' icon on the left of the question. If 'Likes' are enabled delegate can now vote for this question to be answered by the panel.
NB. In 'open site' mode, where there is no login; users will not be able to see their own question until it has been Targeted.
Once the question has been 'targeted' the icon changes to a tick.
Clicking the tick will mark the question as 'answered'
Managing Questions
Once a question has been accepted you can:
- Un-accept (hide) the question by clicking the cross
- Mark the question as 'answered' by clicking the tick mark
- Sort & Filter questions using the filter drop down menu
Q&A dedicated window
To simplify Q&A management, clicking on the window square will pop out the Question module into a separate module.
Once opened, this page is specific to the session and will not update when the session changes.
To see the questions for a new session, return to the room page.
