Applying a ticket for GCBC

Ticket email

Guests invited to days 2 and 3 you will need a ticket from GCBC.  This will have been sent to you in an email by the event organiser.


The simplest way to apply your ticket is to click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create an account and log in.


If you have already created an account you can still use the ticket link.  The ticket will be applied to your account automatically when you click the link.

Enter a Ticket Manually

Alternatively, you can visit the ticket page and paste the ticket code.

Navigate to:


https://www.gcbc-symposium.org/tickets


or click the link on the homepage.


Copy and paste the ticket code from the email into the text box


Click "Enter Site"

Troubleshooting

If the rooms for days 2 and 3 don't appear after applying a ticket, try refreshing the page by pressing F5 or clicking the refresh arrow.


If you have previously applied a ticket but cannot see the event rooms, check that you have logged in to the site with the right account.


If you don't have a ticket and think you should have received one please contact the event organiser.
