How to use a ticket to enter a digital delegate event

To make the most of the features within digital delegate you need to create an account.


1) Click the link that you received via email from the Event Organiser. It will look similar to the following: https://eventname.digitaldelegate.online?ticket=abcsDhsjwiasdJ1

Choose how to log in

2) Choose how you would like to authenticate with digital delegate.  You can either use an existing Google/facebook account, or you can create a separate account on digital delegate.

Sign in with Google

3) The simplest option is to click 'Sign in with Google'.  


An account will automatically be created for you with your name and profile picture from Google.  Next time you come back to the event site, you can use whichever account you used to sign up to log in again.


Click 'Sign in with Google' and enter your Google credentials or select the account you would like to use to sign in.

Remember to take note of which account you use. You'll need to use the same account if you sign in again on a different device, browser, or if you clear your cache.


On the next page, sign in with your Google account when prompted

Confirm or Enter your Ticket

4) Your ticket will now be checked.


If you clicked the initial link and used a Google account account with the same email address as your ticket was sent to then the ticket number will be populated and accepted automatically.


If you didn't use the full ticket link, or 


If you sign up with a different email address to the one associated with your ticket you will be prompted to enter the ticket code from your email.  Copy and paste the code (looks like this: NazAEy_LKU6ZRkOmXgbaOA )

Click "Enter Event" once you have entered the ticket code.


You will now be forwarded to the event lobby.

Sign in without Google

5) If you don't have a Google account, or would prefer not to use them, you can create a digital delegate specific account.

Click 'Sign in with email'

Then click 'Register Here'

On the next page, enter your details and a password.


Remember to take note of which email address you use and remember your password. You'll need to click 'sign in with email' and use the same email and password if you sign in again on a different device, browser, or if you clear your cache.

If prompted, enter the ticket code from the ticket email.

6) If you have an issues during this process then click on the following icon to start a chat session with a Support Agent or email [email protected]

7) In the chat session: Enter your details, select the Support option under Department and then select "Start Chat"
