Tickets allow event organisers to easily provide access to a secure site for hundreds of delegates.
Creating tickets
1) Tickets are created in the admin panel by clicking the Create Tickets button

2) Select how many tickets you would like to create and how many times a single ticket can be used.
You can also create tickets for VIP delegates (to allow them access to VIP rooms) and set an expiry date if you are hosting multiple events.

Create tickets using a delegate list
1) Go to the Tickets section in the Admin panel

2) Click ‘Import Delegates’

3) Upload a csv file containing the delegates to be imported.
First row must contain the headings:
[Optional] UserName, FullName, Email,
[Optional] PhoneNumber, [Optional] Locale,
[Optional] Roles, [Optional] Tags
Optional headers and items are optional.
On import of a list of users, each user will be assigned a ticket. This ticket will be linked to the account created regardless of the email or name used in sign up.
4) Click ‘Download as CSV’ to download an updated file with the list of delegates together with their tickets for distribution

View, Send and Review Tickets
1) After creation, tickets can be downloaded in a CSV file for dissemination to delegates by mail merge or other means
2) Once a ticket has been used, the delegates’ name appears next to the ticket and the ‘used’ icon updates.

3) 'Download as CSV’ only downloads unused tickets
4) Import delegates allows the upload of a preformatted list of email addresses. On upload, a ticket is created for each email address and the list can be downloaded with both tickets and email addresses combined using the ‘Download as CSV’ button.
