Adding a Live Stream

digital delegate rooms can display m3u8 streams or use the embedded YouTube player to display a YouTube video or Live Stream.

1. Create a Room

2. Create a Session

To display a live stream, set the room type to 'broadcast'

Once Broadcast is selected, the Stream fields will be displayed

In the URL field enter either:

1. The m3u8 URL

2. The YouTube embed URL in the format: https://www.youtube.com/embed/LjGkWFArKvU

To make a Signed or Interpreted stream available, copy and paste the URL into the Signed Stream Url box.  This will trigger the session to display a 'Signed' button under the video player to switch between video streams.

To add a poster - an image in the video player while the stream is loading, add a URL to a suitable image.  (This could be an image from a News item).
