1) Check if the user has registered successfully under USERS on the Admin Console. If they haven’t registered, send the direct registration link which is usually https://event.digitaldelegate.online/Identity/Account/Register or similar depending on the event

A. User email address –if you can’t find the user then the user still needs to register

B. If the “delegate” tag is not showing then the user hasn’t applied the ticket to the event

C. Option to change the user to a “delegate” which bypasses the ticket

D. Reset the user password

E. NB Users that have signed up via Facebook or Google won’t have the password reset option. These users will need to sign in with their Facebook/Google profiles

2) Check if the ticket has been used under EVENT TICKETS option in the Admin Console

A. Ticket hasn’t been used

B.Ticket has been used

C. Ticket number

D. Permissions on the ticket which can be seen in the users section if it has applied correctly

E. The name and email address of the Event Goer

3) Confirm the user is signing in with the correct email that is assigned to the ticket

4) Check if the user received an email with the ticket link
